We are recruiting a dynamic, self motivated team player to assist with all aspects of our day to day operation at the Park Hotel Kenmare. Experience in a similar fine dining environment is essential for the right candidate to be successful. This is a career defining position that is suitable to a person who leads by example and shows a great willingness to learn and grow under the tutelage of John & Francis Brennan. Good organisational skills, innovative and a creative mindset are desirable. Prior experience in a 5* Hotel enviroment is also crucial for the right candidate.
