Programme of Activities

Each week we schedule a range of activities for your well-being and enjoyment.

The following is a sample of a daily activity list,



 Morning Serenity Walk/Garden Walk
 11.30am  Leisurely Cycle

 Yoga/Tai Chi/Pilates

 (based on daily schedule)

 2pm  Wilderness Hike
 6.15pm  Guided Relaxation Class
 10.30pm  Classic Movie in The Reel Room.



Join us and enhance your stay enjoying the wonderful scenery of Kenmare or the many on site facilities which we provide for guests. Classes are complimentary but do require booking. Schedule is subject to change
