Traditional Indian Yoga Asana ~ Sun Salutations & Joint Mobilisation

With Flowing and steady postures to awaken the body and remove deep tensions while building strength, flexibility and focus.

 

Effortless Meditation & Pranayama Breathing

Seated on a cushion or chair, specific breathing patterns and channelisation of prana (life force) clear and balance the energy channels of the body, creating the ideal conditions for meditation – A state of restful alertness

 

Pilates Matwork with Lyndsey

Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate & reintroduce your body’s postural alignment improving balance, coordination & strength while working at a slow and controlled pace.

 

Guided Relaxation

Guided Relaxation is designed to wind down the day in a peaceful calm and reflective way.

 

Mind Your Back – Yoga for a Healthy Spine

Gentle postures care for the health of your spine. Increases flexibility, slows de-generation, releases muscles & nourishes the inter-vertebral discs.

 

Guided Power Nap

Sleep inducing sounds, comfy blankets and gentle prompting lead to a deeply restful state of relaxation and/or sleep.

 

Stephanie our Head Gardener’s Morning Walk

Learn about the unique plants and nature that surrounds the hotel both in our gardens and in Reenagross – the park to which we adjoin.

 

EnerChi Walk 45mins approx

A refreshing walk which includes easy energising exercises, with elements of Tai Chi and Qigong.

 

Kerry Way Hike with John Moriarty 2½ hrs. approx. A scenic Grade B, moderate Hill Walk. Walking shoes and jacket recommended. (See Hotel Lobby for full details)

 

Items to play Croquet & Tennis, Bikes and outdoor wear for the daily walks & weekly hike are available from the Hotel Reception.
