Serenity takes place in the Tai-Chi Pavilion or in
the Lost Garden of  .
Classes can range from Yoga, Meditation to a leisurely
walk. A list of the week's classes is available from
the
reception.
The SÁMAS
Experience
The
Experience is time around your selected treatment
for Heat and Relaxation. The Heat Experiences, depending
on the Male or Female areas, include Rock Sauna, Aroma
Steam, Laconium, Ice Fountain and Tropical Mist. Both
areas have access to the Outdoor Vitality Pool. The
Vitality Pool features Body, Foot and Neck Massage.
Leisurely time can be spent enjoying the views over
the infinity edge through the woods to the Bay from
the aqua bench. The Relaxation Rooms have Day Beds
with personal music, reading light and glass walls
taking full advantage of the surrounding woods and
views.
The
Activities
The
Activities are a range of outdoor pursuits that are
arranged daily. You can choose from a guided Hike
on the Kerry Way to leisurely horseback trek along
the shores of Kenmare Bay. An extensive selection
is displayed in the
reception.
Couples Day Suites
For couples wishing to enjoy the secluded luxury of
our Couples Day Suites they are available on a half
and full day basis. Each Suite, Skellig and Blasket,
is fully self contained and accessible from the hotel
without going through public areas. Each Suite has
changing area, en-suite facilities, Double Treatment
Beds, Double Relaxation Beds, Private Garden and Outdoor
Vitality Pool.
