Gift Voucher Terms

Gift vouchers are valid for five years from date of issue, subject to availability and opening schedule, excluding Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas & New Year's Eve.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers must be presented on arrival at the hotel to be redeemed.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
Experiential gift vouchers may be used for the intended experience up to one year from the date of issue, after which they will automatically convert to a monetary gift voucher, equivalent to the value of the gift voucher purchased. The monetary voucher will be redeemable against hotel goods or services in the hotel for the remaining period of the gift voucher.
