Open since 1897, here is a place shaped by history, design, and a deep connection to our place, now under the stewardship of Bryan and Tara Meehan, with a renewed focus on craft, culture, and considered hospitality.

Throughout the hotel, original artworks and carefully curated pieces sit alongside period details and handcrafted interiors. The collection is not decorative in the usual sense, it is part of the fabric of the building, contributing to the atmosphere of a house that has evolved over time.
This sense of place carries through to wedding celebrations, where each room offers a distinct backdrop: drawing rooms for arrival drinks, garden views for quiet moments, and a dining room that feels warm and welcoming.

To celebrate your wedding at the Park, the hotel will be booked exclusively on a buy out basis for one or several nights, allowing the celebration to unfold gradually. Catering for up to 100 guests, we would be delighted to welcome your celebration during the low season, from October to early May with the exception of Christmas and Easter holidays.
Guests can explore Kenmare, walk along the bay, or simply spend time in the house and gardens. The town itself, with its independent shops, restaurants, and creative community, is just a short walk away, adding to the sense of ease and connection that defines a stay here.
