Throughout the evening, Gianluca will introduce the wines and share their remarkable journey, from the hills of Romagna to twelve months entrusted to the Adriatic Sea, approximately 30 metres below the surface.

About Tenuta Del Paguro – Wines entrusted to the sea

Founded by Gianluca Grilli in Ravenna in 2008, Tenuta Del Paguro brings together the hills of Romagna and the Adriatic Sea. Its wines are entrusted to the sea for twelve months, at a depth of approximately 30 metres, around the wreck of the Paguro off the Ravenna coast.

In this unique environment, darkness, stable temperatures, pressure and the gentle movement of the currents accompany the wine through its journey beneath the sea. When the bottles return to the surface, each carries the natural traces of the marine environment, making every bottle unique.
