This April, Park Hotel Kenmare will host a wine dinner with the Premium Estate Wines of Château La Coste.
On Sunday April 26th, Paul Guillouard wine maker at Château La Coste will take guests through the wines that will be served throughout the evening which have been beautifully paired with Head Chef James O’Sullivan’s menu at Landline restaurant at Park Hotel Kenmare.
The evening will celebrate the very best of local and seasonal Irish ingredients, crafted with the elegance and creativity and Park Hotel Kenmare’s distinctive hospitality. With a welcome drink on arrival and a three-course menu, each dish paired with exceptional wines and introduced by wine maker Paul Guillouard. The selection includes La Bulle Sparkling Rosé NV on arrival, followed by Grand Vin Rosé 2024, Grand Vin Blanc 2024, and Grand Vin Rouge 2020.
Make a night of it with an overnight stay in a newly refurbished guest room, wine experience with dinner and full breakfast the following morning.
