Platinum Tasting — €500 per person

• Savour 7 whiskeys: 4 Irish, 1 Japanese, 1 Scotch, and 1 Bourbon, together with a poitín.
• Includes rare and distinguished selections chosen specifically for your tasting journey.

Each experience begins with a conversation—our bar team curates your tasting based on what you’ve enjoyed before and what you’ve yet to discover. For example, if you’ve tried Redbreast 12 but not Powers 12, our team may select the latter to offer a new expression in the same style.
